Q. How much does it cost?
A 1 hour General Access session costs just £10.95 for ages 5+. For full pricing information on all of our jump sessions please click here.
Q. How old do you have to be to jump?
General Access sessions at Air Space are currently available to anyone aged 5 and up*. You can read about General Access sessions here.
Depending on how old you are, you may need someone else to sign your Risk Acknowledgement and Disclaimer on your behalf, or in some cases, be on site for the duration of your visit. You can read all of the details on the Age Rules page.
*Please note that some areas of the park are unavailable to under 10s, including the top box of the Air Bag at East Kilbride.
Q. Who can’t jump?
As mentioned above, Air Space is for everyone aged 5 and above. However, for your own safety, we ask that if you are pregnant, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or have a medical condition that is likely to increase your risk of injury, you leave the freestyle jumping for now. We also have a maximum weight of 20.5 stone.
Q. Is Air Space dangerous?
Like snowboarding, skateboarding, skiing, or any other highly physical or extreme sport – there are significant risks that are inherent to the activity. These risks are greatly reduced, though not removed, by complying with the Air Space rules, and listening to and following the instructions of our trained Air Space Air Crew. It is important that you only jump within your limits and do not attempt manoeuvres that you are not competent enough to pull off.
Q. Can I try new or difficult manoeuvres?
It is crucial that you only jump within your competence and level of ability. Only you will know what that is. You may pick up tips from other Jumpsters or our Air Crew, but you are the one who knows whether you are competent enough to complete the move safely. If you are not sure, don’t do it.
Q. What should we wear?
Whatever you find most comfortable, however we recommend reasonably loose clothing – nothing that’s going to restrict your movement. For everyone’s safety you will be asked to remove all belts, jewellery and any clothes that contain studs or sharp parts. We recommend wearing contact lenses, but glasses are permitted on all areas except the Air Bag, The Wall, Ninja Run, Parkour area and Performance Trampolines. You’ll also need to wear Air Space Jump Socks for hygiene reasons - you can bring a pair from your last visit or purchase a new pair from reception for just £2.
Q. Are socks required?
Yes. For safety reasons it is a requirement that anyone wishing to use the trampolines wears Air Space non-slip socks. Air Space jump socks cost just £2 each and can be re-used again for future visits. Don’t forget to bring change in order to purchase your socks at site or bring your Air Space socks (or even competitor socks if you wish) from your last trip.
Q. Can we spend more than 1 hour freestyle jumping?
Yes of course. You can select 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes for your General Access session. You can see a list of prices here.
Q. Do you have a printable Risk Acknowledgement and Disclaimer?
No. All Risk Acknowledgement and Disclaimers are managed by the reception team at site - they will complete it with you and answer any questions you may have upon arrival.
Q. What time should my guests and I arrive?
Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes prior to your session start time to allow enough time to check in and complete your disclaimers. Allow yourself plenty of time to get the maximum out of your session.
Q. Is every visitor required to sign a disclaimer?
Anyone who wants to gain access to the trampolines must complete a Risk Acknowledgement and Disclaimer – so if there are four people on your booking, we require all four participants to sign. If you are under 16, the Risk Acknowledgement and Disclaimer must be completed and signed by your parent/guardian, or by an adult (18+) with the permission of your parent/guardian. Risk Acknowledgement and Disclaimers are to be completed on the day at the reception desk.
Q. Is food available at Air Space?
Yes. You can take time out at our on-site café where you can refuel with hot and cold drinks, snacks, energy bars and paninis. Our menu changes regularly so check what’s on offer during your visit. We also provide complimentary water on the trampoline platforms. Should you prefer something a little warmer, we will happily order a personal pizza for you to be delivered to site. Just ask at reception for more details.
Q. Is supervision provided?
Air Space has a team of Air Crew on site overseeing all areas within the venue. However, you are responsible for jumping within the limits of your ability and following the Air Space rules at all times. Jumpsters under 14 need to be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) for the duration of their visit.
Q. Can spectators come onto the trampoline area?
Absolutely. In fact, it’s a requirement that under 14’s are supervised by an adult (18+). Spectating is free.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel up to the day before your jump day we will happily amend your booking or refund your booking in full. We won’t refund cancellations on the day of your booking since it is unlikely that we will be unable to refill the jump space. To change a booking call 0845 0941 888 (local rates apply).
